Ashley talks through many of the approaches GrooveSafe is taking to create a safer live music experience, along with how all of us can help and get involved with the cause. Later, Ashley offers Alex & Mike some perspective on some of the challenges faced being a woman in the jam band scene before closing out the episode with some lighthearted rapid-fire questions.

We fully support GrooveSafe's mission, and as this issue disproportionately impacts women, we thought it was appropriate to release this just before International Women's Day.
