Creating any outcome that you want is possible. This is our core belief structure. But it’s not magic. It’s not just thinking about something you want and getting it immediately.
You need to combine the right beliefs with action. Besides, you also need to have the ability to keep learning and developing your skills as you go.
Undoubtedly, the energy you put out there is the energy you’ll attract. If you’re a negative person, you’ll attract negative experiences. And people are gonna run away from you. FAST.
So get in the mindset that it is possible to get what you want. You may not know how you will get it, but you know you will find a way.
Don’t feel discouraged if your ambitions are big. Everybody is at different levels. You are not a failure. You need to learn more, change your mindset, and keep trying. Don’t quit, and you’ll get there.
“I think that the good is always there, and the positive is always there. But by training your mindset on that, you are priming yourself to see that, notice it when it’s there.” - Angelo Perone
In this episode:
- Believe that you can create the outcome you desire
- Take action with a positive mindset
- Why it’s not enough to just set goals
- Cost per lead acquisition in different industries
- What to do when you get a lot of clients at once
- Know the product you’re selling to show conviction to prospects
- Why do people purchase expensive cars
- Prepare your mind for what’s possible
- Skills needed to take your business from zero to one
- Why you should choose a franchise as your first business investment

Entrepreneurship, success, and having a good fitness routine are all connected. So training every day and taking control of your body will provide essential lessons you can apply to your business. And vice versa.
So find routines in business and training that suit your goals and lifestyle. Find activities and projects that you enjoy doing while, at the same time; you get enough challenges to get out of your comfort zone.
And remember that consistency is key. If you don’t like what you are doing, you won’t continue doing it. Learn from what you don’t know, enhance your capabilities, and open up to the possibilities. You really don’t realize what you are capable of achieving. So don’t limit your options.
Your environment also plays a crucial role. Surround yourself with people who have achieved great goals, whether connected with money, training, or some other significant objective. If they did it, you could also do it. Down to a cellular level, we’re all the same.
The only person holding you back is you.
“The most important, the most beneficial exercise routine is the one that you’re actually gonna do.” - Bob Thompson
In this episode:
- If somebody else did it, so can you
- How to reframe negative self-talk
- Importance of surrounding yourself with successful people
- Benefit from people who think differently than you
- Revenue vs. profit
- Fall in love with creating and growing your business
- Selfishness and entrepreneurship
- Don’t hit the snooze button

Two current tendencies are prevalent in the business world (and also in personal relationships).
On the one hand, some people believe that you must accept responsibility for every possible thing that happens in your company or relationship. However, at the other end of the spectrum, you find people always blaming others for their problems.
Like most things in life, there's a middle ground. You have to accept responsibility, BUT you must also know that things will always affect you somehow.
In those cases, you still have a choice. You can control how you react to what is happening. You have the power.
And the more responsibility you take for your actions, the more power you will have.
Taking responsibility and being accountable is an important topic that is missing in society as a whole. Some people say that younger generations have this problem. We disagree. Society, in general, has this problem.
This episode will resonate with EVERYONE. Whether you are an employee, a mom, a dad, a regular person, an entrepreneur, or a retired person, our conversation can be applied to any aspect of your life.
“Things aren’t done to you. They are done for you. And you are never truly gonna understand the gifts that are happening within these lessons in the hardest of times.” - Bob Thompson
In this episode:
- Accepting your responsibilities as a business owner
- Different strategies for obtaining new clients
- Setting the right expectations when hiring new employees
- Blaming others is easier than being accountable
- People can afford your services, but they decide not to
- Secrets to being successful
- With great responsibility comes great power
- Different mindsets for different stages in your business
- How to get the momentum that is hard to lose

Entrepreneurship with kids is hard. There’s no way of navigating having a business through it but around it. Priorities change, and so does the way you complete your to-do list.
You’ll see all these perfect morning routines on Instagram or YouTube, but they don’t work when you have kids. You wake up when your child is crying, not after a good night of sleep. Flexibility is the secret weapon because chaos will not recede.
On the bright side, having kids is a secret productivity tool. You’ll work fewer hours but more intensely to spend more quality time with your children. Soon, you’ll learn how to make time and not make excuses.
Things are coming in, fires are coming up. You just put the things that need to get done on a list. And as soon as you have a spare minute, you knock something out of the list. There’s no peace. It’s just figuring out how to make it happen by any means necessary.
By the end of the episode, we’ll go on a tangent about polarizing ads and copy. We explain why your copy needs to grab people’s attention in seconds. Attractive marketing will set you apart from your competition and skyrocket your sales in no time.
“The only plan I have is to be flexible, so like, I get things done when I can get things done.” - Angelo Perone
In this episode:
- Morning routines with kids
- Sleep training for kids
- Why children need consistency and predictability
- What to do if you are having a bad day
- Work efficiently if you are in for the long run
- How to be deliberate with your time
- Making time for working out when you have kids
- Why polarizing ads and copy are so attractive

Everyone knows that growing a business is challenging. There are a lot of long nights and uncertainty around it. But you need to be aware of a whole other conversation about growth.
First of all, you have to ask yourself if you really want to grow your business. Maybe you don’t want to do it. And in this episode, we’ll explain why it’s OK to be satisfied with having a lean (but successful) company.
Sometimes, after a meteoric rise, you can experience a plateau. That’s when you must analyze if you need to enroll some A-players for your team or if it’s time to step aside and let someone else take the wheel.
Besides hard work, there is a mindset that you need to develop to achieve an epic rise. Keep your ego in check to identify if you are being truthful to your desires or just want what everyone else wants.
Give yourself permission to change. Your goals change. And there’s nothing wrong with it.
“If I can’t define where I wanna be, how do I actually know if I ever gonna get there?” - Bob Thompson
In this episode:
- How to deal with the plateaus in business
- Importance of asking yourself if you want to keep growing

- The danger of micromanaging everything in your organization

The pandemic drove gyms and other businesses to shut down. But ours thrived. Why?
Simple. You need to operate with an offensive mindset and not let fear be your driver.
When everyone else is taking a break, it’s time to step it up. And that’s what we did. We were marketing our business while everyone else was shutting down.
We made sure to structure our business like a necessity instead of a commodity. Because what happens when people realize they’re heading into a recession? It’s similar to a pandemic, really. They start to think about the necessities vs the nice-to-haves.
So as you prepare for the recession, take this tip from us: In a business, marketing should be the last thing that goes. When that goes, your business goes.
Marketing is a necessity.
What else can you do to prepare for the recession? Tune in to find out.
“You have to have conviction through uncertainty.” - Angelo Perone
Dropping bombs in this episode:
- Strategies that kept our gyms going through a pandemic
- Making no-brainer offers
- Pro Tip: Keep Marketing!

You’re setting yourself up for failure if you aren’t setting SMART goals.
This isn’t new. Spend just 2 minutes Googling SMART goals and you’ll see thousands of charts explaining the concept. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound…
But somehow, people miss this ALL. THE. TIME. Vague goals are just dreams, guys. Or an idea at best.
When your goals aren’t laid out, they won’t happen. And you’ll never be satisfied. You’ll ALMOST always be chasing the next thing because you never got that satisfaction from actually reaching your targets.
But here’s the catch: your goals need to align with who you are and the core values that are true to you. Your daily habits need to be feeding those goals too.
How you take those ideas, turn them into actual goals, and then accomplish them is the trick we’re going to try to uncover today.
“If someone is going to put doubt in your mind, get them out of your circle. Don’t even spend time with them. ” - Bob Thompson
In this episode:
- Goals need structure - they won’t go anywhere without it
- Beware of sidetrackers!
- Who you should be sharing your goals with - accountability matters
- When you’re young, you should work to learn, not work to earn
- You've got to know who you are to have successful goals
- Goals without specifics is like telling Google Maps to take you ‘there’ without giving it the address to ‘there’

Guys, it's time to stop meandering around and start focusing like a boss. You don't need to see immediate results to know that you're on the right track, but you do need to keep your eyes on the prize and not give up too soon. Quitting is NOT an option.
If you're one of those people with shiny object syndrome, you need to tune in ASAP. We’re going to teach you how to avoid getting sidetracked by distractions.
You've got to learn how to surround yourself with the right people, consume only the highest quality information, and, most importantly, walk the talk to get the results you want.
And here’s a bonus for you. We’re going to guide you through a live exercise to create the perfect avatar for your business. This one exercise alone has the potential to make you millions by helping the right people and ONLY them.
So, are you ready to level up?

Stop listening to idiots - at least the idiots giving you sh*tty advice on growing your business.
Hosts Bob and Angelo both built successful businesses generating over $40 million $$$$ collectively. But they made a ton of mistakes along the way…
Like going into business with each other, trying to kill each other, then going their separate ways and growing 8 figure companies, all to come full circle back to being integral parts of each other’s lives.
Bob works with gym owners, and Angelo runs marketing for attorneys, but regardless of the industry, if you're tired of working your ass off, sacrificing time with family, and getting subpar results, then you'll benefit from this show.
Create wealth and mastery in your business and your life. Save yourself from the same f*ck ups we did.
Oh, and if you’re sensitive to the occasional F-word, it’s not for you.
