We celebrate THREE YEARS of the Single Malt Marathoners by hosting our first ever live show.

We watched the London marathon with some patrons, previous guests and friends of the show and then we recorded the pod and debriefed everyone's marathon successes and also answered some audience questions.

We also have an interview with Jarlath McKenna - With many successes, here are a few: Ashton Court parkrun course record holder with 15:46. A 2:24 marathon PB! The Green Man Winter Course Record Holder with 5:48 AND most recently the winner of the Anglo-Celtic Plate 100K in 6:37!!!
