Who are you and what do you want? Yesterday we talked about admitting your average and about that being your starting point. Now today we start with admitting what you want. Tell me what you want, what you really, really want. Admit that your average now is not where you want it to be.

What is "your average"? Your Average, not You're Average. I felt we needed this reminder that this book is not about comparing yourself to others. It is about comparing your output to your potential. But inorder to move forward we have to calculate our own average. We need to know our starting point. So join me this morning as we assess our own average.

We all build our own boxes. Boxes that we think protect us but in fact hold us in and keep us from reaching our full potential. Sometimes how easy we have it or had it in the past create the walls that keep us from moving forward. Let's identify and tear down or climb over those walls, starting today.
