El “Asesino de Cumbres” ha sido uno de esos casos donde se sigue cuestionando que fue lo que realmente paso en la casa de la familia Pena Coss el 2 de Marzo del 2006, en la colonia de Cumbres en Monterrey, Nuevo Leon. Despues de terminar su relacion, Erika Pena Coss y Diego Santoy estuvieron involucrados en la muerte de los hermanos peqeunos de Erika. Por este asesinato, Diego Santoy es conocido como “El Asesino de Cumbres”.

In March 2, 2006, in the suburbs of Cumbres in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, the murder of Erik Azur and Maria Fernanda Peña Coss completely flipped the state of Nuevo Leon upside down. After the end of their toxic relationship, Erika Peña Coss and Diego Santoy, were involved in the death of both of Erika's step-siblings. However, based on the complexity of the case, and the lack of evidence, left Diego Santoy as the primary suspect. The media ended up naming Diego, "El Asesino de Cumbres”.
