After completing a 10km park run with his Dad Rob Elphick, started to feel a bit odd in his mind. He then suffered from strong intense headaches. He was dismissed by his local hospital being told "take some aspirin", but things got worse and on his return visit a week later Rob collapsed whilst waiting to be seen and had had a Stroke which left him slightly paralysed, loss of speech, severe loss of memory and frustrated.

Rob took a while to fully recover but his determination, focus and self-belief his life is virtually unrecognisable (in a positive way).

His story is one of hope, inspiration, and overcoming adversity.
