We did have Dr. Sarah scheduled, but there was a technology issue, so she will be joining us in a few weeks. It will be worth the wait.

Mike picked a random reading and it was about taking care of our minds and bodies now that we are sober. We got rid of the really bad stuff, but now what? We have some work to do, but we are better than we were 15 years ago.
