Yes, it's the Third Anniversary Spectacular and it is the same old "stuff," different day.

Mike started off with his reading and it was about learning, keeping an open mind and freedom. Things that we cherish today, but had no clue about in our drinking days. It was a good conversation.

We chatted about our the 3 years that we have been doing this podcast and some of the changes along the way. We also received a gift from a listener and we gave him a well deserved shout out.

Then it was H.A.L.T., more about atheism, the grandson, ailments, our actions while out in the world, water main breaks and some rock 'n' roll.

And Mike had a nice story about a guy that led at his home group. The person is practicing these principles and it's a great thing to see.
