We are back at it and as Mike said in the episode, he is at about 80% of his normal. It will make sense when you listen.

Mike started off with his reading and it was about friends and foes and also living by certain values and principals. Are we setting a good example, and are we trying to make the world a better place? It was a good conversation.

We received a couple of messages and read those, then we talked about the 4th Step, Val Kilmer, trying to get things before we are ready, looking outward rather than inward, trusting the process and our weekend plans.
