Mike started out with his reading and it was about blame and hiding. We were always good at that before we got sober and it could be an easy trap to fall back into. It was a good conversation.

We chatted about some medical stuff, New Year's Resolutions, Dry January, Mike's trip to see classic stuff from MAD Magazine, triggers and glimmers, detaching, expressing your feelings, geographicals, Jim Beam shutting down and becoming more difficult with age.
