We talked about why we do our podcasts, what we do to stay active and "sane," how we find gratitude in the losses that we have had and we talked a little bit about our anniversaries.

Mainly it was just 3 sober people, sitting around and shooting the breeze for a bit and that is always a great way to spend an evening.
