We have made it through another season, and arrived verbosely at the final! Lisa shares a rare home baking fail, and both girls go ga-ga for the  meringue signature bake. So much sweetness in one little episode! The girls start off by catching up on Lisa's baking bucket list, and how she is crossing off puff pastry. Bakers were tasked with family sized roulades in the signature, so Lisa explains the difference between a roulade and a Swiss roll. There's a fiddly French technical, and an over the top mousse filled showstopper.  In between, the girls slip down  party ball side streets and forecast a future for a literary hipsters picnic!
