Then he added, "Now go and learn the meaning of this Scripture: 'I want you to show mercy, not offer sacrifices.' For I have come to call not those who think they are righteous, but those who know they are sinners." - Matthew 9:13

Jesus brought a message that was new and fresh, but His good news didn't fit into the old system. As Christians we need to guard ourselves from becoming judgmental, arrogant and prideful with others but instead show the world the mercy and grace that Jesus has shown us.

Sometimes being single can seem trying and difficult. Yet this is the season that is usually the easiest to draw near to God. If you are waiting for a spouse, know that God has the right one for you, just be patient and trust God.

When I heard your greeting, the baby in my womb jumped for joy. - Luke 1:44

When Jesus shows up, everything changes! There is a new joy, a stirring in our heart, an excitement that only the King of Glory can bring! If you need a change in your life, look to Jesus!

For the word of God will never fail. - Luke 1:37

Sometimes we have plans for our lives that we think our perfect, but sometimes the Lord has other plans for us. Mary was settled in her heart when the angel came to tell her the plans that God had for her. Are we willing to adjust our lives to fit God's perfect plans for us?

Life is short

Death is sure

Sin is the cause

Jesus is the Cure

The birth, crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus is celebrated around the world. Believing in Jesus they have been delivered from the most evil, disastrous, frustrating, debilitating habits and life forms possible. Are you ready to choice Jesus!

Remain in me, and I will remain in you. For a branch cannot produce fruit if it is severed from the vine, and you cannot be fruitful unless you remain in me. Luke 15:4

While we might look spiritually healthy on the outside, if we are not connected to our source we start to decay and die. All the ornaments and lights can hide the decay for so long, eventually the pine needles will fall off. We need to stay connected to our branch, Jesus.

Will you receive Gods most gracious Gift? "His Son - Jesus Christ". No other baby in history has created such a stir as baby Jesus did upon his arrival.

Who Jesus really is:

The Word of God who became flesh.

The Son of God who became man.

The Lord of All who became a servant.

The Righteous One who was made sin.

The Eternal One who drank our cup.

The Risen One who now lives in men.

The Seated One who is coming again.

Did you receive the Fathers gift?

It's easy for people to have an appearance that things are ok, however, until you get the root of the issue fixed, don't get fooled by the appearance of the fruit. The Holy Spirit can not refine us if we are trying to cover up issues that are in our lives. Don't wait to stand before Jesus to resolve internal issues of the heart.

"But if I say I'll never mention the Lord or speak in his name, his word burns in my heart like a fire. It's like a fire in my bones! I am worn out trying to hold it in! I can't do it!" - Jeremiah 20:9 NLT

It seems hard to offend the world today but yet if you tell someone about Jesus that's an entirely different story. And yet God has called us to be bold and to continue to profess to a cold and angry world His love. When the world tells you to shut up, will you listen to the world or to the Lord?
