We have all faced moments in our lives where we are faced with an "impossible situation", a moment where we have a sense of hopelessness. In these moments remember that God created the universe out of nothing. God can take our hopeless situations and create a future we could never had imagine. We just need to trust Him and know He has His hand on us.

Must Christians realized that Jesus died at Calvary so our redemption. And while redemption is central to our faith, there were additional benefits we received from Christ. So what are those other benefits?

"as a man thinks in his heart... so is he" - Proverbs 23:7 NKJV

What does that mean? What we decide, it is a choice, as we will see today, to think about, meditate on, dwell on... we will eventually become like that or act out what we been thinking about. We don't do something without first thinking about it. How can we fix some "stinkin thinkin"? Hint - start by reading your bible.

Give all your worries and cares to God, for He cares what happens to you. - 1 Peter 5:7

Stress is a part of everyday life, everybody has to deal with it. There are occasions where stress can be a positive thing, but in most cases it is unnecessary and destructive. Fortunately the bible teaches us how to deal with stress. Are you ready to let go of stress and grab on to Jesus?

"Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap." - Galatians 6:7 NASB

Today's mentality wants to give everyone the trophy just for trying but are we really teaching our young ones? That mediocrity is acceptable? But when we chose to be on God's team and give Him our hearts, then we can be assured that we are on the winning team!

Nobody wins all the time. In life we will face highs and lows, however failure is not final. Abraham Lincoln lost all his contest until he won the Presidency. Thomas Edison faced many obstacles before he invented the light bulb.

"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." - Thomas Edison

Lack of failure does not always indicate a successful life, some times it indicates someone who is living a sheltered life. When you win, enjoy the victory and give God the glory!

The apostles said to the Lord, "Show us how to increase our faith." The Lord answered, "If you had faith even as small as a mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, 'May you be uprooted and thrown into the sea,' and it would obey you!" - Luke 17:5-6

Remember that faith is Heaven's currency, but if you don't spend faith you can't get a return. You don't have to spend a lot for God to move on your situation, God can make just a little faith go a long way!

It's a child like faith that leads us to the Lord, but when we feel out of control it can be hard for us to surrender our problems to Him. Are we willing to give up control? Trouble can distract us from seeing how God is moving in our lives. So how do we respond to moments of uncertainty?

Life is filled with change and when change comes all you can do is embrace it and trust God. God has great plans for your life, but do you trust Him when your plans get messed up?
