We all fail at some point, it is enviable because we are human. Peter was someone who failed several times and he even failed big time in the Garden. Yet we can be encourage since Peter still went on and did great things for the Lord. How was he able to do this after failing so badly? It was because Peter always got up again!

Abigail was the model of a virtuous woman. In her encounter with David she shows the courage, wisdom, grace, diplomacy and respect that embody what the Proverbs 31 Virtuous Woman is about. Solid Rock is blessed to have many virtuous women attending.

Good things come to those who wait and sometimes bad things happen to those who rush. There are countless scriptures tell us to be patient and wait upon the Lord, but our human nature craves for instant gratification. Don't be in too big of a hurry and miss your blessing, be patient and wait on God.

Faith is Heaven's currency! Abraham, Isaac, Jabez and Solomon are just a few men in the bible whom God blessed with wealth. Yet today many of us are facing tough financial situations, yet we believe that God does not want to bless us. Remember that you are a son/daughter of the King! He is willing and able to help us overcome the trails you face, including financial. All we need is a little faith!

No matter what we face, help is on the way and His name is Jesus Christ. God always has a Word in due season, so when we face adversity we can depend on the goodness of the Lord. God will complete the work that He has started, on that we can depend.

We know that God has a plan for us and we know that He is good, yet as we face difficult situations in life we can be tempted to give up and abort the plan God has for our lives. Don't let doubt trip you up, trust the Lord!.

Have you ever gotten into a situation where you thought things could not get any worse, and then it did? In the bible, Joseph faced that dilemma. Yet God used his situation for something great and he can do the same with your situation.

There are many examples of prayer in action through out the bible. Prayer can be a powerful way to connect with the Lord. Remember that the most powerful prayers are not necessarily the longest ones, they are the most heartfelt ones!
