What is one of the first things that we teach our kids – to say thank you. Giving thanks is an expression of gratitude. Unfortunately today we are forgetting the history on why we celebrate our National Holiday.

"When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own but will tell you what he has heard. He will tell you about the future." - John 16:13

When we become connected to Jesus....He gives us a guide to lead us home!

For this is how God loved the world: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. - John 3:16

The bible is God's love letter to us, but sometimes we miss the message. Many times this is caused when our heart are not in tune with our Father. Are you hearing God's words but missing his love letter?

"You have heard the law that says, 'Love your neighbor' and hate your enemy. But I say, love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you! - Matthew 5:43-44

Paradox- a seemingly absurd or self-contradictory statement or proposition that when investigated or explained may prove to be well founded or true.

Do you feel that some verses in the bible contradicts each other? While some bible statements may seem contradictory or confusing to us, we can rest assured that all God's Word is true.

Sowing and planting has to do with investing. The seed has great potential, but until it's planted it is going to stay the way it is. What is it that you want to see grow in your life?

As singles are you living life or just existing? Singles can take heart that there are many singles ministering in the bible, including Jesus. Remember, if you see life through the lens of opportunity instead of the waiting game you will find your life very prosperous and a very beneficial season for you.

Kindness is a selfless act and it's an outward expression of what's inside someone. When we put our agendas away and show someone kindness, gratitude and mercy we start the process of cementing a relationship.

Harmony is a beautiful thing, but harmony does not mean we sing the same note. Harmony is singing a complimentary note. Marriage is not about conforming your spouse but complimenting them. Sometimes that means laying our pride aside so we can come together in a relationship.

Why is love so important yet so hard to walk in? Jesus told us that love is the greatest commandment - it seems so easy and yet pride, jealousy, envy and other sins can make loving someone seem like climbing a mountain. Don't let the Devil rob you, keep love alive!

God has given all of us special gifts and abilities, but without love they mean nothing. Without love our strength can become our weakness - It takes love to see past our gift and see someone else's gifts. If your gift won't allow you to make room for someone else's gifts and abilities it will create conflict and disunity, If your gift isn't marinated in love then it won't have a brake pedal - this will cause you to run people over. Gifts are important, but love is essential!
