We are so used to being constantly entertained that boredom has become almost a bad word or an ancient sensation virtually no one remembers how it felt. We exist in a world where silence is a rarity. We live surrounded by noise, and our society, as a collective, has decided that it is entirely normal to do everything while we consume content.
Today, in this solo episode, I take a moment to talk about silence, my relationship with it, how it helped me, and the growth and evolution I've experienced through it. I explore how I've discovered in silence the most potent tool to get in touch with my higher self, communicate with it, and co-create my life in a way that feels in full alignment with my true self.
Throughout this episode, I share my experiences and results of sitting in silence with my thoughts. I also dive into what I started doing in silence, like going to sleep, running, or even eating, how hard it was (and still is!), and the positive outcomes I harvested from that discomfort.
