Before doing something, we tend to pay more attention and get worried about what could go wrong; in most cases, those things are one, totally irrelevant, and two, created by fear.

Although fear's reasons to show up are to protect ourselves, the power of deciding whether doing something might be dangerous or not is ours. 

In this episode, we talk about doing the things we want, especially if they are far away from our comfort zone. We explore the reasons why we doubt ourselves before trying something new, unravel the reasons why fear shows up, and we learn how to take the steering wheel of our decisions. 

I also share the mantra I tell myself and think about before trying something new and what we can learn from the wonderful feeling of doing something we said we would do.
