• women have 4 cycles not two
• when you feel weak and worn out is not the time to double down on strenuous activities
• solo moms can learn to harness resources by seeking help outside the time of her cycle so she can take the time to rest when needed.

At the age of 40, Kelly Hopkins realized that life was not working the way she imagined it.

But she didn't let the end of a committed relationship stop her from having children. She fulfilled a life long desire to adopt.

She started by making radical changes to her life. She also realized that for things to change, she had to change. So she quit her job, moved to Costa Rica with her two young children, and started an arts exploration business.

Kelly helps women get unstuck, clarify their purpose, and unleash their passion.

At the end of each year you make a decision to set your New Year's resolution. But that is a failed experiment.

This is evident from studies done that shows only 7% of Americans are successful in achieving their New Year's resolution goals.

Why is it so hard to keep resolutions? They are not personal enough.

Successful goal setting requires:

• connection driven by emotions
• objectives that are written
• use tools like SMART goals & OKRs to design your strategy
• goals that are tracked and reviewed regularly
