Migraine: Is bread to blame for the Headache Attack?
Migraine is the third most common disease worldwide and affects many millions of human beings. Migraine is more than just a headache that seems to come and go as it pleases. There are usually many other symptoms involved that do not make the experience any more pleasant, such as nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and dizziness.
Sufferers often try desperately to find out what triggers their migraine attacks. Is it stress or the weather? Is it hormones or certain foods? For some migraine sufferers, red wine, cheese or even chocolate can trigger the next attack. However, hardly anyone thinks of the daily slice of bread or bread roll as a possible trigger.
