So sorry to have to delay the show again. Sam is having terrible back issues, and sitting for an extended period of time (aka recording a podcast) is difficult for her.

We took her for X-rays and she has a PT appointment tomorrow, so she should be loose enough to record. 

We'll have a new episode wednesday 5-6.
