One is the much-loved comedian, actor, and fellow Fast Show star, Simon Day. The other is former Metropolitan Police Chief Superintendent, Dal Babu OBE.
 
Simon takes us back to his days in borstal and shares how his parents’ relationship had a huge impact on the course of his life. He also opens up about his struggles with addiction over the years and the tools he uses to cope.
 
Dal discusses his experiences working for the Met for over 30 years. He offers insight into the prison system and how training and perspectives on neurodiversity have evolved in recent years.
