After a lengthy cold/ear infection that tried to take Vincent out, the duo are back just in time for some major Bravo television show related drama (and other things)! There's so much to catch up on in this episode...what Dana's been doing during the hiatus (hint: having fun), a potential onion drought, thoughts on the Oscars, legal dramas for Jonathan Majors and Gwyneth Paltrow, the trailer for "A Thousand and One" and much, much more!
Now that Dana (aka The Vessel) and Vincent have secured tickets to Beyonce's Renaissance Tour (yet still don't know the name of the disco horse featured on the album's cover art), they can now turn their attentions to discussing the latest in pop culture from the Grammys, to Super Bowl halftime with Rihanna, to the new season of You and more.
In this episode, Dana and Vincent want the world to know that neither of them are every woman, including Joan of Arc (shoutout to Madonna's upcoming 40th anniversary tour). It's not all about Madonna on this one...there's also a convo about Oscar nominations, Dana's new fixation with boxer briefs, woke spokecandies, and reviews of "A Man Called Otto" and "Physical: 100".
First episode of the year has it all: lottery tickets, early 2000s nostalgia, messy royals, flubbed standup routines, torrential rain, a Golden Globes recap and more.
In this last episode of 2022 (it is insanity that we're at the end of the year!) Dana and Vincent drop their highly anticipated top 5 favorite moments in pop culture (or at least highly anticipated to one or two people). They also talk potluck season, give their thoughts on the newly released Prince Harry and Meghan Markel docuseries and bestow the final "Angela Bassett We See You Gurl" award of the year!
The year end is nigh (that went fast!), but 2022 is not going out without some pop culture mess to unite us all. Dana and Vincent discuss everything from a new take on the Cinderella story L.A. style to getting World Cup highlights from influencers.
After a mini hiatus, Dana and Vincent are back discussing everything pop culture including a Beyonce Renaissance tour pre-game courtesy of Jessie Ware and four year old Tik Tok influencers.
Ironically on the same week as National Coming Out Day, this episode finds Dana semi-trapped in the closet to avoid construction noise, while Vincent convalesces after a mysterious cold. Topics of discussion include the Stevie Nicks concert at the Hollywood Bowl, with opener Vanessa Carlton aka Miss Vanilla, the film "Bros" and more.
Fall is here...perfect season for pumpkin spice and cheating! In a week befell with personal tragedy, Dana and Vincent find pop culture bright spots in Grace Jones, Instagram interactions with celebs, multiple celebrity cheating scandals and more.
This episode finds Dana finally being able to purchase She by Shereè merchandise and Vincent indoctrinated in the world of Beyonce's "Renaissance" and embracing his alien superstar status. There's also an Emmy's breakdown, thoughts on the new Whitney Houston biopic trailer and this week's recipient of the "Angela Bassett We See You Gurl Award" who's doing something about climate change.
