We take a close look at the day to day working conditions of entertainment industry employees and why they are so unhealthy and even life-threatening. We also look at the fatal shooting that took place this week on the set of “Rust” and how it relates to the safety concerns of an entire industry.

This episode exemplifies exactly why it’s important to to research and understand the roots of the organizations and institutions we hold in place in this country. To assume that the U.S. Border Patrol runs as it does in 2021 with no consequence of how it began is to be willfully ignorant and naive. Once we understand the racism deeply ingrained in our structures, only then can we begin to dismantle it.
