Today's episode is all about letting go. Letting go of circumstances or outcomes, people, or maybe stories or beliefs that keep you blocked.
Letting go is one of the most powerful tools for your personal growth if you truly want to step into the greatest version of yourself and move forward with your life.
When you let go, you release the negative energy that's been holding you back. But, when you refuse to let go, and try to always convince someone else to think the same way you do, or react a specific way, or have the same beliefs and operating system as you, you're going to latch onto your hurt and weigh yourself down.
