This week’s Soul Spark is all about 5 leadership lessons learned through a hurtful situation. I recently went through a hurtful situation in my business and learned some very valuable lessons from them. These lessons don’t just apply to business but can apply to any relationship where there may be strife or hurt.

5 Leadership Lessons Learned Through Hurt

1. Turn your eyes and heart onto the people in your life who are grateful, loving, and kind toward you than the very few who don’t.
2. It’s easy to sit in the self-doubt and the victimhood longer than necessary.
3. A leader is just an easy target to blame
4. When you show up consistently and with ethics and someone says something about you being unethical, no one is going to believe them.
5. Remember, there are way more people who love you and desire your leadership than those who don’t.

This will be an episode you will want to come back to for when you need it the most. These five lessons, I hold dear to me and am so grateful for. They have changed the way I walk into leadership and partnerships.
