Intuition is our first "language", if you will

We're born knowing so much ...

Yet it's knowledge that could never be fully expressed with words as we, the humans, have created them

And so to truly remember and reconnect with who we are at our depths, it's imperative to leave the thinking mind and come back into the heart space ... the zero point of creation

From there we connect back to intuition and higher levels of consciousness

We are all energy.

As energetic beings - just like we need sleep to recharge - we can benefit greatly from tuning into the subtle-bodies of energy within and around our "self".

Over the next 4-5 months as I practice and train to become certified as an Akashic Records reader, I'm practicing and training my "self" to embody that which I am learning.

This is the next step in the evolution of what it means, to me, to be SOULcially responsible ... And I'm so grateful to be able to share it with you

Which means we know that it's our duty to deal with our own doody ... no matter how messy it might be

The desire to make meaning of things is so human.

We are, after all, the co-creators and meaning makers of our lives.

So as we get curious with what comes up when overwhelm hits, we can uncover a whole lot by letting go.
