  • Ep 35 - Breaking Free from Societal Drinking Norms

In this quick episode, I talk about the concept of gray area drinking where you might not see yourself as a "problem drinker," but you still feel like your relationship with alcohol isn't fully aligned. I encourage you to honor your intuition and explore what could open up for you if you removed alcohol from your life. I also dive into how society shapes our perceptions of drinking, the emotional challenges that can come with sobriety, and the beautiful journey of self-discovery and growth that’s possible when you choose a different path. On a side note, I talk about emotions and drinking. Emotions can be happy emotions, too. We not only drink due to stress, but have been conditioned to drink because it's nice out, it's Friday, at a wedding, at a sporting event, and so on.
