Many moons ago, humans would navigate their lives by the stars in the night sky. What if you could travel through the stars? The word astral means "of, connected with, or resembling the stars". Astral traveling, or astral projection, is the experience of your astral body or soul leaving your physical body to travel outside the physical realm.

Freyja is the Norse Goddess of love, beauty, sex, battle, and siedr (Norse magic). In this episode, Carrie shares her experiences when calling upon the goddess Freya and inviting her to work together. She also continues exploring working with the fae and shares messages from Freya and the fairies.

The first message is a simple reminder to be yourself. Your own uniqueness is needed in a world of cookie-cutter people. By being yourself, you often give permission for others to bring their own uniqueness into the world. The second message is a caution to be mindful of where you place your energy. Are you working on too many projects? Or perhaps spreading your energy too thinly in an attempt to please others? Bring your energy back to self and prioritize where you expend your energy is the goal as we navigate through the remainder of the year.

In this week's episode, Carrie shares about her weekend trip to Philadelphia to experience an event with the ladies of Innerbloom Podcast. How it almost didn't happen, but as the Universe conspired it turned into a "Mom's weekend" with two of her best friends and a much needed recharge from everyday life!

It can be so difficult for mothers to take time for themselves, especially if it involves going out of town. For many, we cope with mom guilt, decision fatigue, and worry before we even leave the house.

This episode is a reminder that just as we plant seeds to love and nourish and grow in our children and partners, we also need to take time and embrace opportunities to do the same for ourselves. To love ourselves and have faith that we are supported in doing so.

Understanding your type helps you better understand how you digest the world around you and how you may behave amongst it.

Carrie shares what it feels like to be an INFJ. Out of the 16 personality types, INFJ happens to be the rarest, making up roughly 2-3% of the population. An introverted, intuitive, feeler. INFJ's are commonly associated with Empaths, deep thinkers, and are highly emotional. They crave soul-rich conversations and require a lot of time to recharge after events or gatherings.
