Instead of longing to be the version of ourselves we use to be, what if we put focus towards our future selves and who we want to become? This episode we explore the process of metamorphosis, looking once again to nature, and the transformation from our old selves into the new. It's a reminder that we can't go back, and an opportunity to ask the question - would we really want to? Allow yourself space to explore your soul's growth and remind yourself of just how far you've come in the process.

As the change of seasons is drawing near, it becomes the perfect time for reflection and to set new intentions for the upcoming months. Carrie chats about how she intends to become more intentional by allowing herself to show up authentically through her coaching, the podcast, and whatever else life throws in. She also speaks to how the collective consciousness is energetically shifting, and to remind fellow empaths that not all the emotional turmoil is theirs, and the importance of grounding back to your own energy to help discern what is yours versus that of the collective. Thrown in are a few random thoughts on vampires and werewolves, and the lesson that there is a little bit of truth in every story.

There is a time for action and a time for rest. Sometimes the action is to rest. This episode reminds us that it's ok to pause. To take a moment to tune in and ask yourself what it is that you truly desire in this moment. In this, you become present with your own needs, and can help yourself recalibrate and tune back to your goals and desires.

During periods of rapid growth, of loss, and of transformation you may find that your relationships gradually dissolve. This episode highlights the various life changes we go through and how they can affect our relationships. We remind each other that not everyone can be everything to you, and it's ok to seek out help and support outside your circle. We also encourage you to see your relationship from the other's viewpoint and ask yourself if they're capable of supporting you and hodling space for you right now. Ask yourself if you were clear with your expectations and how you can grow together through this experience.

Including the life cycle of a woman from Maiden, to Mother, to Crone. Carrie shares about her current experience that sparked this conversation, the stigma we have today to hold an unattainable standard of beauty, and the vision we can hold for our children's future where the transition between life stages is seen as a beautiful rite of passage full of growth and opportunity.
