Young auctioneer and farmers son, Sion Roberts from Carmarthenshire has not taken the traditional path of working full time on the family farm. Following a course in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams, he has started a graduate job at Clee Tompkinson and Francis and he shares his journey to how he came to sell on the plank every week.
