We explore the question of how do we gain clarity by the purification of Discipline? It is worth noting that discipline is so closely related to our mind, memory and conditioning. Is there discipline - an action which can be developed that is not relative to our thoughts? We looks at the many forms of the wave. Whether it's the waves we observe in nature as earthquakes or it's the actual sensation we are receiving in the form of sound and light - waves are all around us. In this episode we have a brief but concise look at the many presentations of the Waveform.

This theory of dissipation also applies to thought. As a thought arises and ceases we can see that when the thought ends, the activity of the memory ends also.

Wellness will be the result of observation and realisation of the actual operation of our mind . Seeing the process of thought at this moment now will bring peace to our mind as we learn to observe it non personally. Observation with no reaction will bring awareness to the functioning of our mind and help us develop the ability to remain present which is where all of life takes place.
