In her book Centering Prayer and Inner Awakening, Cynthia Bourguealt speaks to the three kinds of awareness. In this Soul School Lesson (129) and a reading and reflection of an excerpt of this book, we will discover how our visceral ordinary awareness can be trained so our self reference is not plagued by a sense of isolation and anxiety.
