This week's episode is about paying attention to our mental health in honor of July being BIPOC Mental Health month.
This week's episode is about the alpha woman and the challenges in being one.
Have you ever struggled with your self-talk? Have you ever talked yourself out of doing something because you told yourself you couldn’t? Have you ever stood in your own way and placed limits on yourself because you believed you didn’t deserve something or someone? Well if you have, we’re here to tell you that you’re not alone. Many of us struggle with an internal battle on a daily basis due to our own self limiting beliefs. Although certain things may be deeper than just self-talk, other things can be remedied by changing it and the way we interact with things out in the world. It’s time to expect good things to happen. It’s time to recognize you are worthy of going after what you want. It’s time to have beliefs on and keep limits off.
This week's episode is about finding your life's purpose. Special guest, Keith, founder of the Good News Radio Network.
This week's episode is about learning to express ourselves to others effectively.
This week's episode is about giving someone their flowers. In other words, appreciating someone while they are still here.
Feelings. We all have them and to be honest, sometimes they suck. Sometimes you just want to let them all out as soon as they hit you right then and there. But it’s not always the right time or place to do so and you may definitely not be around the right people. That’s the thing with feelings; not only do we have to learn how to deal with them but also when. However, life is about learning how to balance so we also must know the difference between being private and just suffering in silence. This is to remind you that having feelings doesn't make you weak but to always be careful who you’re sharing them with. So before you start letting out all your emotions, ask yourself, “is the time right?”
This week's episode is on loyalty and friendship.

This week's episode is on being a "pick me," being desperate, and unappreciated.
Sometimes we’re ashamed of this. The part of us that may be seen as ugly, negative, or undesirable. Sure, this part of us may not always be appropriate to show in a situation but it is still there somewhere inside ourselves. This is our shadow side. In this episode, we talk about that shadow side of us and debunk the need to get rid of it. Instead, we talk about having a relationship with it and how it can become our protector in certain circumstances. Our shadow side can teach us a lot about ourselves and help us get rid of the need to be perfect or shame ourselves for our flaws. So come join us in this conversation and learn a little bit more about your other side.
