ELI is a certificate program that prepares emerging senior leaders in the nonprofit human services industry to meet the existing and future needs of their organizations. In doing so, the institute benefits both attendees and their organizations. In partnership with the University of Michigan's School of Social Work, the number one ranked social work school in the nation by U.S. News, and Ross School of Business ranked as the third best business school in the nation. ELI provides outstanding learning, networking, and leadership experiences. Sixty-four hours of content is delivered over two years during two concentrated sessions at the University of Michigan campus in Ann Arbor.
