She has authored several dozen academic and practitioner articles and is a sought-after public speaker in the area of human capital management. She currently serves on the faculty of Bellevue University's Ph.D. in Human Capital Management program. Dr. Murnane earned her Ph.D. in Family & Consumer Sciences Education from Iowa State University.
