David and Joe chat to Mark who is a volunteer with the RNLI on the Thames at Chiswick. (he also happens to play the drums for Elton John.) Before they start the interview Joe has to explain to David what a lifeboat man/woman is. Joe loves a RNLI cap so is pleased with his new one supporting the RNLI fundraiser Mayday Mile.
