In the second hour, Danny Parkins and Matt Spiegel turned their attention to Sunday. We still plan on finding the South Loop’s best tailgates before the Bears-Ravens game. Spiegs wants to come, but something -- or someone -- is getting in the way. Then, there’s someone Danny felt very bad for while watching the Bulls on Monday night. He explained. Also, the way in which the MLB times out the announcement of its end-of-season awards is absolutely ATROCIOUS. The World Series has been over for two weeks! Where are the AWARDS?!? In the third hour, Danny Parkins and Matt Spiegel were joined by Score teammate Mark Grote, who hosted earlier from noon to 2 p.m. but still reported for his usual Monday slot on our show. After he got Spiegs in trouble on Twitter this past Friday, who’s Grote's next target? Then, the competition in the AL Central is getting better as the Detroit Tigers acquired free-agent pitcher Eduardo Rodriguez on Monday. Will that push the White Sox to spend?

Is Patriots rookie Mac Jones legit? What do we expect from Justin Fields against Lamar Jackson in the Bears-Ravens game Sunday? Also, the Bulls were embarrassed by a much better Golden State Warriors team Friday night but bounced back nicely against the Clippers on Sunday. DeMar DeRozan, who was widely considered to be the worst free agent signing of the offseason, has been going off as of late.
