I feel like this has been a long time coming! When God gave me the idea to do a series on people who have molded me, and I lean on for wisdom and speaking Truth, I knew I needed to have a chat with my sweet friend.
God is so good to bring Debbi not only into my life, but into the lives of so many. If you know our Deb, you know her love language is coffee with friends. This chat is us having coffee together. Pull up a seat and join us!
Hi, this one is SUPER fast and hopefully effective for you. I was having a rough day when I recorded and thought "well, this is real life" so I decided to record my live process when I'm overwhelmed. Sometimes it just takes a minute. Enjoy!
Every once in a while, y'all will tell me when there's someone out here in this space that I need to be friends with. It always brings me joy when it's someone I'm so aligned with like today's guest. I think it's safe to say she is my people and, if you're listening to the pod or following me, she's definitely your people, too. Taneshia Yerby is not only an influencer of mine, but of so many following her on Instagram @ceoforwomen.
Taneshia is a devoted wife and mother of two girls, and the founder of the Christian Entrepreneur Organization (CEO) for Women. Taneshia established CEO in 2018 with the goal of supporting aspiring Christian entrepreneurs. Having experienced the challenges of starting her own passion projects, she understands the difficulties new entrepreneurs face. As a result, she launched CEO to provide women with the encouragement and motivation they need to persevere. Since its inception, CEO has sold thousands of products worldwide and has helped countless women turn their business ideas into reality. Taneshia's mission is simple: to empower women to do business with God at the forefront."
If you follow @ceoforwomen on Instagram, you already know how God is using her as an influencer. If you haven't followed her yet, do so right now. You won't regret it.
Enjoy our chat!
Spinning Plates meditates and you're welcome. I am loving doing these again. This one is for the busy person who can't sit still, but feeling like they need to get off the merry-go-round. Anyone feel that way?! Enjoy.
I LOVED this discussion. We are blessed to have Steve Croyle as our worship director at church. He is truly someone who influences me in my walk with the Lord. I love hearing his thoughts and musings on God's character and this episode is not short on either. I knew it would be a great discussion and I was right!
We talked so much about introvert vs. extrovert and how we each worship and live life with Jesus in different ways. Hope you enjoy this as much as I did.
Steve's email is [email protected] if you want to drop him a line.
Another meditation for you. Meditating on His Grace and love. You are only to receive. Enjoy!
I love that we finally got Naudia on the pod! She is a constant source of inspiration and joy in my life.
Naudia Bosch is a high school teacher who strives to positively influence and add value to the lives of her students, family, and all she encounters. She not only teachers her students on leadership and personal growth, but also serves her Grit and Grace community partnering with them to form healthy living habits. Naudia is making a difference in this world and for that reason is a massive influence in my life.
Enjoy the episode. If you do, we have plans for a group in May together working on mindset and movement and would love to invite you to join us!

Did you know that God gave us breath and we can use it as a tool to help us? It's true!
Feeling anxious? Breathe
Feeling exhausted? Breathe
Feeling overwhelmed? Breathe
In today's meditation, we dig into our breath and spend some time connecting mind/body/soul.
Meet Pastor Brian Hebert, a beacon of light in our community and a profound influencer in my life. Brian's wisdom and guidance have touched countless lives, including mine. His steadfast faith, unwavering commitment to God's word, and Christ-centered teaching point others to Jesus.
Brian's love for diverse cultures and flavors led him to run a food blog focused on Houston's international foods. With a rich tapestry of experiences, he has traveled to over 50 countries and lived overseas several times, adding depth to his understanding of the world and its people.
Two years ago, Pastor Brian, his wife Christy, and their five children took a leap of faith and moved to the Snohomish area, where they have found a true sense of home and community. This bold move reflects their adventurous spirit and deep-rooted belief in following where God leads them.
In this episode, we dive deep into Pastor Brian's journey, exploring the moments that shaped his faith and leadership. From his early days in ministry to the challenges he's faced, Pastor Brian shares candidly, offering insights that inspire and uplift.
This is more than a conversation; it's a testament to the power of faith, the strength of community, and the beauty of a life lived in service to others.

Ever let your thoughts get the best of you? Or maybe run on their own? Today we will spend some time pushing the reset button and capturing our thoughts. It's not just about capturing though, it's about reflecting on what is good, pure, true (Phil 4:8).
Enjoy!
