In this episode, we invite you to listen and take part in an art therapy exercise bringing together nature and poetry. This activity is an example of something we would use in a therapy session with clients, and this  mindful way of working with nature can offer insight and inspiration. Poetry can be a wonderfully expressive medium to help explore, clarify, and unite emotions, thoughts and responses. This in session exercise is for everyone; therapists and non- therapists alike. We are looking forward to hearing your comments and thoughts on this experience.
