So why are we talking about premonitions and dreams? Maybe you should ask Rach what she ignored and passed off as it was happening to someone else!

 

Have you had any experience with premonitory dreams?

 

The universe just knows!

 

Plans and intentions that you have laid out so well for yourself, so carefully – may not necessarily be the same as what your higher self has in store for you, so be prepared to diverge from your plan a little – but have trust in the diversion.

 

Therese tells us all about her precognitive dream involving an eight legged furry invader in her bedroom and how she was left with little options to handle the situation….with loo paper and a towel, little did Therese know that she would be facing this situation within 24hrs….creepy crawly bizarre!

 

Time for wine did you say?!

 

Now when you go to sleep tonight, try not to think of the furry eight legged creatures as you drift off into the land of nod!

Right now emotionally, things are feeling a bit less then ordinary.

 

Rach wants to pack it in for the day and curl up with her potato chips and water and Therese explains her feelings of foreboding that she can’t seem to shake after an unusual dream.

 

in the words of Taylor Swift….    Shake, shake, shake it off!

 

So, its obviously time to start digging and be real with yourself!

 

Doubt, Overwhelm, afraid or feeling “off”? It’s all in the energy!

 

Be prepared for the opportunity to review things coming up

 

Fear is going to show up for you (when doesn’t it?!) during this time, facing these fears will help you to build your personal power enabling you to get through this stationing.

 

Take comfort in the fact that if it didn’t matter so much to you, then you wouldn’t feel all of the fears that are attached to it. Resisting facing these fears will only hinder your progress on your journey.

 

Embrace it, and continue to move forward – stronger & confident.

There is something going on with the energy lately, have you noticed?

Therese gives us an insight into what is causing the energy anomalies at the moment. The solar flares that are caused by the sun storms thrown off by the sun – the bigger the flare the more impact it has on us.

 

Buuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrpppppppp!

 

The plasma wave flows through the universe as a result of these flares, and this is what affects the electromagnetic field on the Earth, which has a flow on effect to our own electromagnetic fields.

 

The Schumann resonance (foundational to human consciousness) is able to monitor these fluctuations in the frequencies. When the earths fields shift – so do we.

 

These shifts can affect us in a number of ways including emotionally with mood swings either way, intense energy, physiologically, spiritually and sometimes it can affect us physically.

 

Give Yourself a Break!

 

We are in a transition phase right now and it can only move forward from here, don’t give into the resistance of change – you need to listen to your internal guidance, this is just part of the journey that you can build from.

Our reward for reaching our goals or milestones, whether it may be money, promotion, soul fulfillment etc, for doing certain types of work can feel obviously rewarding – not always instant but we get the reward at some point…

 

But…

 

What happens for those things on our to-do list that don’t involve joy while we get them done or the pay-off feels non-existent or hardly worth the effort?

 

The Universe just had a huge party throwing out all of those eclipses, we weren’t invited – we had to watch from the other side of the fence, but now we are left to clean up after the party has finished…that’s what the energy feels like at the moment, there is no fun in cleaning up a party that you didn’t even go to!

 

However, the mundane tasks need to be honored just as much as the magical tasks.

 

We need to re-frame how we approach these mundane tasks that don’t bring us as much satisfaction or reward. We need to focus on the fact that these tasks are going to lead us to the bigger goal – without this, we would never achieve our goals.

 

You can’t have the success without the little mundane bits in-between FACT

 

ACCEPTANCE

 

There will be unavoidable times when there will be no pay-off  for what you might be setting out to tick off of your list, but you need to accept that and move your focus towards your MAIN goal.

We know for sure that we will not be going through an apocalypse with natural deodorant or room temperature wine…that’s just not cricket!

 

SEND HELP!!

 

Mercury is playing games with our times and well laid plans – getting in the way of us trying to be prepared

 

The Universe must have a warped sense of humor, sometimes no matter what we set out to do with our well-laid fool proof plans…they still go belly up!

 

When this happens, we won’t sit in the corner rocking with the bottle of room temperature wine in our hands, no! We adapt and make a positive out of the situation, we go down to Starbucks for some ice…or we can make a plan B!

 

If you don’t laugh, you may cry

 

Doing the “adult” thing in this day and age has enough stress entailed with it – responsibilities, partners, kids, work & bills – why put more stress on yourself when its not necessary?

 

So when you do find that positive moment or silver lining in whatever is going on right now,

embrace it – make the most of it!!

 

Don’t forget to laugh!

Are your beliefs and your way of thinking serving you in a positive way?

 

It is a choice how you respond to these moments, your choice will determine the direction of the outcome…why not put a positive spin on it?

 

We have the control on how we let someone or something affect our day.

 

How well do you listen to the universe?

 

We don’t need to fear the action of letting go – or the feeling of loss in the moment, we need to trust within ourselves that we are working on our personal growth and we will be coming through the other side back onto our soul-intended path much better and stronger then we were when we were deviating from it.

 

Acknowledge the feelings & loss, but then like a feather in the wind – let it go.

When you are trying to get your business established, network and get yourself out there – especially when you are working from home around your children, it can often get overwhelming on where to put your focus at any given time.

 

Being a Mother – our focus will naturally fall to the children’s needs and wants at the time, even the tantrums and refereeing the siblings. However, losing focus at the critical point in building your business that you are doing to support your family can have the negative impact that you really need to avoid.

 

It’s a catch 22!!

 

It will come down to learning how to prioritize between work and being a mum, easier said then done – we know that all to well ourselves!

 

There will be no simple black and white one size fits all solution.

 

Sometimes we crave more to our existence then being a mum – being a mum is a tough gig, one of the toughest jobs you will ever have. As rewarding as it is, some mums don’t want it to be the ONLY defining achievement in their lives, for others it is enough – and we think that is awesome too.  You need to do what feels right for your soul, what is in alignment with your goals.

What does your soul need?

 

We can get very caught up in the guilt of what we “should be” doing and what we actually need to be doing. What seems to be the best option for you at the time may not feel logical or practical…something as simple as a haircut!

 

When you have a well set out plan that seems do-able at the time and ticks all the boxes, then for whatever reason you have to diverge from the plan or move deadlines – that can cause guilt and you may put undue pressure on yourself.

 

Being a Mumpreneur means looking after the children, the business and YOURSELF, so there will be times where you can’t put in a “full days work” on either side of the coin, they are now both “part-time” rolls which you will do amazing things with

As a mother, we always have to be prepared for change and quickly learn how to adapt to new situations, at the same time supporting our children through the process too.

 

Juggling Business, relationships & Life

 

Don’t ever think that there will be patterns or routines when it comes to change, you will be setting yourself up for failure.

 

It will NEVER happen

 

The mercury retrograde and the full moon happening right now is all circling around CHANGE

 

CHANGE is the only constant in our world that we can be sure will indeed happen.

 

The feelings (anger, resentment, frustration, resistance) that you have towards change, will amplify the

lack of being able to adapt towards the change then it would if you were to acknowledge it and

move forward with the change.

 

It is what it is

 

How often do you have a plan that goes exactly to that plan?

 

Change is inevitable, we need to accept that and go with it.

 

When new things happen, we should get excited about the new opportunities that it can present to us.

Sometimes, change can feel like a loss – something that has been taken away. We lose focus of what new things will be coming along with the change and how we can grow with the change – the change that will soon become normal to us again

 

“We never really lose, it might not be what is was – but we never lose”

 

This is what I’m achieving, this is what needs to happen in order for everything to work out how I need it to….

The reality is, knowing that no matter what curveballs are being thrown your way, every single one of them will give you an opportunity to grow.

 

It is OK to feel the fear, loss, anxiety and frustration that comes along with change, but then you need to come back into your space of alignment and focus your energy on the positive growth – don’t waste your energy on the negative that will dissipate once you settle into the change.

How do you know if you are using the old paradigms versus the new paradigms?

 

It will all come down to the difference between competition and collaboration.

 

Old Paradigms = Competitive Mindset (Me against the World)

New Paradigms = Collaborative (Me with the World & everyone else)

 

A different way of thinking

 

As we have moved through our lives from our late teens/early adulthood where it is drummed into us that it was all on us to get out what we put in, dog eat dog mindset – we developed into where we are today where our mindsets have changed over that time.

It has shifted as we have moved into a more integrated world, with huge influences such as the internet that has the power to move whole societies and broadcast instant happenings across the world – it is such a different world now along with the higher level of consciousness.

 

The game has shifted

 

“In order to succeed, I have to be at the TOP of the ladder” …. old paradigm!

The old way will keep you STUCK every time!

 

This collaboration energy is all about how we can lift each other up , together!

 

SUPPORT is the difference between lack & abundance

 

Having the collaboration mindset, understanding that there are infinite pieces of pie to go around that are multi-faceted – knowing that everyone is bringing something new to the table will open up the possibilities & your focus.

 

They are all VALID

 

As a species, we are meant to collaborate with everyone and knowing that we have an abundant universe, world and life will resignate with the people that we are meant to work with.

As you become more focused within yourself and your business, the world will naturally open up to you.

Every single one of us has to be focused on this in order for it to become reality for all.

Notice the emotions that are triggered by the choice initially, this will show what is active within you – acknowledge how you feel about it.

From there, you will be able to tune into your heart and soul space, what feels good and what action you can take that will feel good.

Do your research!

Do what is right for you, especially if it is bringing you JOY and HAPPINESS!

What is your definition of the “best that a human can be”?

You need to be continually mindful of not super-imposing your path (and thoughts/opinions) onto others around you and then judging them for not taking your path, as we each have our own path to follow that we will perceive that a high frequency human being should take.

Passing these judgments onto others can lower our vibration

Having this awareness will enable you to change this at any time – it becomes a choice.
