When you are putting in all of the hard work and it feels like the results are still so far out of reach, it is really easy to get disheartened and lose sight of the end goal.

Rach & Therese break it down into a metaphor for the specifics on how to get your “cookie”… it takes a lot more work then we realise at the time!

In this scenario, the cookie can represent the income level that you would like toachieve, or the level of success that you want to reach, the lifestyle or the perfect family/life balance.

You did the hard work to get this far, you nearly have your cookie –                             it just has to cook!

Having the strategy & mindset in place are two of the most critical ingredients for your cookie to work. Sometimes, we may need a bit of guidance to help us along the way – so we don’t burn the cookies!

There will be multiple guides along your journey that will help you with the strategy & mindset until you are able to find what works for you and your business. This includes energy work – working with your business in energy and your Team in Spirit, beliefs & energy manifesting.

Procrastination, Overwhelm, Confidence, self-doubt and productivity are all pieces of the mindset puzzle that entrepreneurs have to contend with.

You need to do the work on a regular basis!

When you are in the right mindset, you have the conscious awareness to know

when you are coming up to “the wall” and you are able to understand that it is just a temporary block but you need the foundational elements to break through the wall.

Some of our natural abilities can also hinder our mindset success – ability alone won’t get you there.

Because of this, it may feel like we are spinning our wheels and going no-where fast – with little results.

So, we talk ourselves into doing more (more then we need to but don’t realise!) and convince ourselves that in doing so, we will yield more of the results that we are after.

But let’s focus on an important topic of being a woman in 2018 and how the tables are turning with some force in our direction!

We don’t just mean from how women were programmed 50+ years ago, we talk about as recent as 2017.

The ladies discuss the differences in their households during their childhood and what they had noticed growing up and how women were programmed to do the “womens work” of staying home with the kids keeping the house tidy and husband happy..because he’s the only one who had a hard day!

It is amazing to see the change over 3 generations of how the relationships in the house have developed into more team-work orientated to make the ship sail, working as a family.

It is due to the actions of the women in our lives that came before us

(thanks mum & grandma!) in our families that has given us more choice and freedom to be the women that we are today – and for the women who follow us.

We aren’t done yet, we still have a ways to go!

The lower vibrational stuff that we have been putting off dealing with is now starting to bubble up to the surface, it needs to be cleared and now is the time. It is being triggered easily and it feels intense, catching us off-guard. In order to move up the vibrational scale, we need to clear all of the lower vibrations, but like any detox it is going to feel hard! it will feel like things are falling apart or falling away, but you are being cracked open allowing you to move forward in the 5th density easier and quicker. You will be clearing all that is not in alignment with your 5th density.

At this time, you can have brilliant moments of clarity and be on a roll, then there will be moments of a dense mental fog where you wonder where that knowledge went but it’s not gone, it is just being processed into your cellular level and you will get the clarity once again.

Right now, all of this shifting feels very extreme. But hold on, because it won’t last long and you will be stronger for it. This shift isn’t just happening to you, it is happening across the board to many people in different situations – this shift is going full scale baby!

We are the selected group to be present on Earth right now, the experts of the galaxy , in transition!

The ladies are excited about the first new moon of 2018 that happened recently in the sign of Capricorn, as well as the 6 planets and some asteroids that also lined up in the sign of Capricorn, resulting in a major influx of manifesting energy.

Capricorn sign is related to work (9th house) and career, Capricorn like to work productively and they like to have a plan.

Right now, if you have ANY plan, over this next two weeks is the time that you will be feeling the productive energy take hold. Although, if you don’t have a plan and just intend on “winging it”, the productive energy may have the opposite affect on you making you feel anxious and overwhelmed.

There is a right way to have the discussion with your partner in regards to the methods you would like to take for contraception, taking into consideration of how they feel about it and letting them make the decision for themselves.

Therese explains what happened in the last spirit circle which happened to line up at a very significant time.

She speaks of the full moon energy being accumulative, meaning that it will continue to build in energy until we reach the new moon cycle. The full moon is all about letting go and releasing, whereas the new moon is all about drawing in all of the energy.

The spirit circle went over the topic of limiting beliefs and it turned out to be quite a powerful session as the group was able to ask the questions about what some of those thoughts & beliefs were that was hindering their growth.

Creating a release statement around your limiting beliefs and thoughts will help you to work through them.
