Adam Milligan, the forgotten Winchester.
The man, the sacrifice, the poor guy... is the focus of the first episode of 2025. Mix up your own Forgotten Winchester and listen in for our thoughts and revelations on the kid we love but barely knew. Enjoy!
It's the most wonderful time of the year! Unless you're a pagan god tricking folks into being sacrifices. Grab your preferred nog to join Dawn and Jenny in chatting about 'A Very Supernatural Christmas'.
Christmas Spirits Non-Egg Eggnog Recipe
1.5 oz Bourbon (We skipped the bourbon and used OYO Barrel Finished Honey Vanilla Bean Vodka)
.5 oz Rum
.75 oz Cinnamon Vanilla Syrup - you can make your own by making simple syrup and adding a bit of vanilla and cinnamon.
1 oz heavy cream
Garnish with Cinnamon
-We also skipped the egg. The original recipe called for raw egg, shaking, straining, shaking again with ice, and double straining into your glass.
-If you're not using egg the simply add everything to a glass, with or without ice, stir and enjoy!
Christmas Spirits Mocktail
Pour a glass of your favorite eggnog, or...
Warm a cup of milk of your choice then stir in .75 ounces of cinnamon vanilla syrup. Garnish with cinnamon and enjoy!
"Certified" Swig System Ratings
Jenny and Dawn both gave 4/4 swigs on this classic Christmas beverage. This "nog" tastes good and is easy to make.
We think young John Winchester is a pretty big 'dill'. Paying homage to Dawn and Jenny's first Creation The Road So Far con and Matt Cohen's hotdog enthusiasm, we took the plunge and created a hot dog theme cocktail. Take a listen to this conversation with a surprise special guest and mix up your own Dirty Frank.
Dirty Frank Recipe

1 oz rum of your choice

3/4 oz lemon juice
Garnish: pickle slice, hotdog slice, one pearl onion
- Dip the rim of your glass in pickle juice then rim the glass with celery salt.
- Add in all the ingredients, stir, and serve with the garnish.
MOCKTAIL
Substitute the rum with nonalcoholic rum or omit.
Substitute the pickle whiskey for pickle juice, dill or sweet is your choice.
All other ingredients are the same.
We're taking a look at the other side of the family tree in this episode to discuss the Campbell Family. Grab your choice of Broth-tail, chicken or beef!

Happy Halloween! It's our first special 5th Thursday episode! In this edition, Dawn & Jenny welcome two special guests to discuss an SPN monster and introduce our very own signature cocktail... *drum roll* the SAS Djinn & Tonic.
How to make a Djinn & Tonic:
7 Brothers Seven Botanicals Gin
For a nonalcoholic mocktail, use NA Gin or Juniper Floral Water. All other ingredients are the same.
Simple Syrup
Angostura Aromatic Bitters
Tonic Water
Club Soda
Dried Limes
Fresh Bay Leaves
In a glass with ice, pour 2 ounces of botanical gin (NA gin or floral water).
Add about 1 teaspoon of simple syrup and a dash of bitters then stir.
Add equal parts tonic water and club soda. We used 2 ounces of each.
Garnish with a dried lime and a bruised bay leaf. Bruise the bay by rubbing it between your hands for a few seconds.
Enjoy!
We're bringing Mary Winchester to the conversation in this episode. A character that some hate, some love, and some love to hate. Does anyone hate to love her? Pour yourselves a 'Mary Winchester' cocktail or mocktail and listen to our takes on the OG SPN matriarch.
Mary Winchester Cocktail - from the Nerdy Tavern
3/4oz Triple Sec
3/4oz Peach Schnapps
1/2oz Hone Syrup (we skipped it)
4oz Lemonade
151 Rum - just a bit to float
> Mix everything except the 151 with ice then strain into a glass. Float the 151 on top then LIGHT 'ER UP!
*We used 88 proof gin, but the proof wasn't high enough to light in the cocktail. Anything 50% (100 proof) or higher will light.
MOCKTAIL - Try using orange juice or orange soda if you like the bubbles. Add a splash of peach nectar and some lemonade. - You can always use nonalcoholic liquor alternatives.
We've all likely got some mixed feelings about John Winchester. Sip on an Old Fashioned and take a listen to our thoughts. Don't forget to share your own thoughts and feelings about this patriarch in the comments or on our Facebook page.
Dad's Old Fashioned
2oz Apple Whiskey (we used Minglewood Distilling Co. Apple Whisky)
1/2 oz Simple Syrup (make your own, it's really easy)
3-4 dashes of Orange Bitters
Orange Peel for the rim of your glass
Old Fashioned MOCKTAIL
2 oz Nonalcoholic Whisky OR Apple Juice in place of Apple Whisky.
-Use the same amount of the other ingredients in the same portions as the cocktail.
-Using bitters is a personal choice. The amount of alcohol is often considered negligible when making a nonalcoholic beverage with bitters, but the choice is truly yours. Make the best decision for you, please.
Episode 2 brings us to Sam Winchester. Is he loveable? Logical? A Lunatic? Listen to find out and let us know what you think about Sammy too.
We're partaking in one of Sam's pastimes: demon's blood. Except without the demons or the blood. And using vodka instead.
