What if the story you've been telling yourself about who you are isn't the whole truth?
We all carry stories from our past — about what we're capable of, what we deserve, what happened to us, and who we believe we have to be.
Over time, those stories can become so familiar that we stop questioning them.
But your past doesn't have to become your identity.
Changing your life can begin with recognising the stories you've been repeating and asking whether they still belong to the person you're becoming.
You don't have to deny your past. You don't have to pretend difficult things didn't happen. But you can choose to stop allowing an old story to define your future.
Sometimes awakening means realising that the chapter you're living from is no longer the chapter you're in.
Love Your Parts — Stop Fighting With Ego
What if you didn't have to fight the parts of yourself you don't like?
We often treat our fear, anger, insecurity, doubt, and difficult emotions as things we need to get rid of. We fight them, judge them, and try to become someone we're not.
But inner peace doesn't necessarily come from defeating these parts of ourselves.
It can come from understanding them.
Your ego isn't something you have to destroy. It's a part of your experience that has developed to protect you, make sense of the world, and keep you feeling safe.
The more you fight yourself, the more inner conflict you create.
Instead, try becoming curious about what you're feeling. Notice the thought without immediately believing it. Give yourself permission to experience the emotion without allowing it to control you.
You can acknowledge every part of yourself without letting every part run your life.
Sometimes healing begins when you stop asking, "How do I get rid of this part of me?"
And start asking, "What is this part trying to show me?"

What If You Don't Have to Work So Hard?
What if the answer isn't always to work harder?
We can become so used to pushing, striving, achieving, and trying to keep everything under control that we forget another possibility exists: slowing down.
Sometimes we believe that if we stop pushing, everything will fall apart. We convince ourselves that our worth comes from how much we accomplish, how productive we are, or how much we can carry.
But constantly pushing yourself doesn't necessarily mean you're moving in the right direction.
There is a difference between dedication and exhaustion. Between purposeful effort and endlessly trying to prove yourself.
Sometimes clarity comes when you stop forcing. Sometimes the next step becomes visible when you finally give yourself permission to pause.
You don't have to earn your right to rest.
You don't have to be productive every moment.
And you don't have to carry everything alone.
Perhaps the question isn't "How much harder can I work?"
Perhaps it's "What would happen if I stopped fighting so hard?"

Stop Giving Away Your Power
How often do you give your power away without even realising it?
Every time you allow someone else's opinion to determine your worth, someone else's behaviour to control your peace, or someone else's approval to decide how you feel about yourself, you hand over a part of your inner power.
But your power was never meant to live in other people's hands.
Spiritual growth is often about coming back to yourself — recognising what you can control, releasing what you cannot, and choosing not to let external circumstances dictate your inner state.
You don't need everyone to understand you. You don't need everyone's approval. And you don't need to keep explaining yourself to prove your worth.
Sometimes reclaiming your power simply means becoming still, becoming aware, and remembering who you are beneath all the noise.
Your peace is yours. Your choices are yours. Your energy is yours.
Stop giving it away.

Why does your mind keep talking, analysing, replaying conversations, imagining what could go wrong, and searching for answers even when you desperately want to switch off?
Sometimes the problem isn't that you think too much — it's that you've never learned how to step out of the constant conversation happening inside your mind.
In this episode of Spiritual Sense, we explore why the mind can become so relentless, what may be underneath overthinking and mental noise, and how you can begin creating space between yourself and your thoughts.
You don't have to believe every thought that enters your mind. You don't have to solve everything right now. And you don't have to fight your mind to find peace.
Sometimes, peace begins when you simply stop engaging with every thought.

• The connection between overthinking and inner unrest
• Why trying to control every thought can make things worse

Why do we overthink so much, even when we know it isn't helping?
Sometimes overthinking isn't really about the problem in front of us. Beneath the endless thoughts, questions, doubts and “what ifs” can be a deeper need for control, certainty or emotional safety.
In this episode of Spiritual Sense, we explore the hidden cause of overthinking and why your mind may keep pulling you into the same cycles. More importantly, we look at how you can step out of those patterns and reconnect with a deeper sense of peace.
You don't have to believe every thought that enters your mind.
Sometimes the path forward begins when you stop trying to control every possible outcome — and learn to trust yourself, life and the present moment.
✨ In this episode:
• Why your mind keeps overthinking
• The hidden fear underneath constant analysis
• Why seeking certainty can create more anxiety
• How overthinking disconnects you from the present
• Moving from mental control to inner trust
• Finding peace without needing all the answers

Do you ever feel like you’re constantly doing something, but never truly resting? Even when the work is finished, your mind keeps going. You’re thinking about what needs to be done next, checking your phone, planning, worrying, or feeling guilty for taking time for yourself. In this episode of Spiritual Sense, we explore why switching off can be so difficult and what may be happening beneath the surface of our constant need to stay busy. Sometimes overworking isn’t just about ambition. It can be connected to our need to feel valuable, productive, in control, or needed. We can become so identified with what we achieve that simply being still starts to feel uncomfortable. But rest isn't laziness. Slowing down isn't failure. And your worth isn't determined by how much you accomplish. This conversation explores how to recognise the signs that you're pushing yourself too far, how to create healthier boundaries with work, and how to reconnect with yourself when life has become a constant cycle of doing. If your mind struggles to switch off, this episode offers a chance to pause, reflect, and consider whether you really need to do more—or whether you simply need permission to rest. You don't have to spend your entire life trying to catch up with it. Sometimes the most important thing you can do is stop. Listen, reflect, and join the conversation on Spiritual Sense.
