Hope all I explained till date was easily understood and the revelation answered numerous intriguing questions of your mind. Just like they answered mine when I started on the path.

As I said before, spirituality is a lifestyle, adopting it and adapting to it is the key to successfully transform yourself into a living a better life

In many subtle ways I was very strongly attached to my beliefs. To adopt a new way of thinking became an ordeal several times. In this ongoing process I had to fight a lot with my monstrous ego. I had to pacify my wandering mind and teach myself the innate qualities of my inner consciousness. These beautiful innate qualities, which had gotten covered by the  acquired vices of Ego, anger, jealousy and so on. The struggle to overcome the vices, and soothing the Ego had been an exceptional experience. Several failures tried weakening my strength, but one little triumph held my hand tightly to lead the way. I got numerous unanswered queries answered. I opened my wings to fly !

Today, I am going to explain the most  practical factor of choosing vegetarianism. More like proof of the pudding is in the eating.

That is how to transit from meat eating to fruit eating. 

Often when people choose to abstain meat from their diets they tend to fill the plate with french fries, cookies, soda, pasta, ice creams, chips and other readily available snack items in the market. Forgetting one major aspect, packaged vegetarian meals and snacks may contain high amounts of added sugar, sodium and fat and offer little to no nutritional value.

This poem is more of a question, internal conversation, which many of us would ask him because somehow we feel that certain situations which come in our lives are due to his lack of acceptance. Many of you may relate to this poem. Kindly enjoy listening to the poem  

A DIALOGUE 

You call yourself my father, oh lord!

My caretaker, my mentor, my true reward

I don’t see you, yet I trust your existence

Know you are there, though in no bodily presence

Today, I am going to explain the most  practical factor of choosing vegetarianism. More like proof of the pudding is in the eating.

That is how to transit from meat eating to fruit eating. 

Before starting any changes in your diet consult your primary care of a dietician in this case.

There are basically two ways you can go about transitioning from meat eater to fruit eater.

You can  start slow, or you can go all in. You are snacking on everything vegetarian between meals, so stocking more fruits and vegetables for snacking can be done easily.

This will give your mind and body time to accommodate the new diet. 

Going slow means, swapping out one or more meals a week where you would normally eat meat with recipes that are meatless.

You can slowly increase the amount of plant based meals you’re eating each week until you’ve fully transitioned.

Pick a few plant-based meals and rotate them through in a week or 10 days..

Food is the byproduct grown in the womb of mother nature and water is the vital element of nature.  They are consumed by humans for nurturing the body which is also a product of nature.

Both food and water have a very high sensitivity of catching thoughts of humans, animals, or conditions in which they are consumed. 

 A vegetarian diet is essential for those who desire to achieve rapid growth in spirituality as well as meditation.

Vegetarianism arises from a desire for wholeness; it acknowledges the interconnectedness of all beings and expresses compassion toward them; it is about living ahimsa, the absence of violence.

To be vegan is to do the least harm possible and, for me, this is a very spiritual path, a path with integrity.

DEVOTION

Devotion is a small word when it comes to knowing God

It’s a mere expression in words to describe this odd

He is the one and only who needs us complete

Whether we are fully conscious, half or totally deplete

He promises to transform us from zero to one hundred percent

Fills us with his truth and bliss, in no time spent

For that we don’t have to worship him at all

No pleading, no begging, but just a pleasant call

He will unite with us in seconds of our time

Remove all the wasteful thoughts and grime

When this unbreakable bond is mounded

We need no other relation lost or founded.

We become wholeheartedly devoted to God

Immersed in the unconditional world of lord...

Past weeks were all dedicated to the awareness of vegetarianism.

Before starting the series I offered to explain about all of the above and also through the Spiritual aspect. Today, I am going to explain the most important factor of choosing vegetarianism- the spiritual factor

Yesterday , while cooking, I accidently cut my finger. It was a medium cut which stung for a while and caused discomfort plus some pain. To stop the bleeding I put some ice and held my finger tight.

Later my spouse put a medicated gel to ease the pain and discomfort. This minor incident made me think of what suffering and torture an animal goes through when it is slaughtered. Not that I was unaware but it reinforced me to think and feel the pain.

My upcoming season will have something new. During this new series on Vegetarianism, I will be running parallel short episodes of poems I have written for my God.

My purpose of doing this poetry section is, that you who want to adopt vegetarianism will get sufficient time to incorporate this practice in your lifestyle, and then another episode with new information will help you move further and then the transition for you will be smooth.
