Today I am starting a new series on Vegetarianism. What is vegetarianism? What is its origin? Why choose this practice? And how beneficial it is for you. My point here is not only the advocacy of this practice but giving insights of vegetarianism through the knowledge of Rajyog spirituality. 

Many of you must have read and heard about this topic. Many are well versed, well read, and  certainly would be practicing it too. There is a lot of material floating on the internet on how to practice vegetarianism.

Numerous websites have benefits of this approach and the importance of it. Becoming a vegan or a vegetarian is an in thing now in the Western culture. It is considered as a fashion statement that you are a vegan.

Plus it has several health benefits too. Plant based diets are easy on the digestive system. Milk products or dairy products when deleted out of the food choices show rewarding effects on the gut and various  skin ailments..

Someone  asked me once why do things get controversial?

I smiled and answered, mainly our perception. How do we see it and evaluate it in our mind?

Every individual has his or her own perspective and they see things through their perspective and thinking. Act on the things through their intellect and process every thought through their capacity, further take it into actions.

When the other person’s perspective clashes with our own, the controversy begins and then starts the cycle of proving the other person is wrong and ourselves right. It is almost always the difference of opinions which makes things controversial.

So the key component of every controversy is Difference of opinions...

Just like when earth rotates on its axis a day is formed consisting of four parts: morning- noon- evening and the night. After every night comes the morning or when its axis is tilted, seasons come into play : spring-summer-autumn-and winter and after every winter comes the spring.

This division of  days or seasons is cyclic and  is autonomous in nature. Similarly, the world drama is divided into four parts: Golden age, silver age, copper and iron age. it is repeated after every spin of its cycle.

 According to some philosophical books of Hinduism and also Spirituality, states that  the cycle of one span of the world drama is  about 5000 years. Where each cycle is divided into four parts of 1250 years each. 

Later, I drew all my attention to what the student said and what I answered. As every other person he had a number of complaints but no solutions to overcome those complaints. On top of that, pointing at other people’s doings but ignoring our own mistakes.

I realized how much of a blame game we play every day and completely put it on others.

In this course of imputing we involve people, situation, events, nature, universe, fate, time and even God.

Persons, events, nature, and fate all hold a significant role in the blame game because they are easily accounted for by our own lack of understanding. So pulling the trigger off someone else's shoulder gets indubitable.

God and Time two factors which are immortal, which don't interfere with human minds also get pulverized on no account. We comfortably bring charges to all the above and corner ourselves from our doings. 

Judgment is the mental ability to understand something, form an opinion and reach a decision. A decision is a judgment, unless you let a coin toss decide for you.

judgment--Mental act of evaluation through comparison or contrast. The spectrum of biases, isms, prejudices, and stereotypes all contribute to this metaphorical "judgmental witch." 

The answer to why we judge  is very simple, because we know only the partial truth about the issue. At times that is also unknown. On such assumptions, we base our strong opinions and on these baseless grounds make our judgments.

We fall to such a stoop, that we often ignore our inner voice which is practically screaming at that time. On such flimsy foundations, we build our judgments, often neglecting the inner voice that urges restraint.

With this body and name we gain fame, achievements, accomplishments,success and self worthiness. It begins at a young age.When in school, right from the elementary level we are taught to compete,compare and condemn our peers,race to be the best to outshine others.

That race in childhood becomes a compulsion in youth when young adults are ready to prove themselves in the working environment. This same race becomes a necessity in middle age as we see the time is running out and there is so much to be done.

So this never ending race takes away the carefree childhood, enjoyable youth and relaxing middle-age. We earn a few  degrees, get a five figure job package, buy a worthy house, buy luxury cars, take decent vacations, live in an upscale neighborhood,provide the best to family and children all in the name of fame.

Q. Why are extramarital affairs on rise? 

Someone asked me this question and wanted to know the answer through the understanding of Rajyog Spirituality…Extramarital affair is having a physical and emotional relationship outside of your marriage. 

However, one has to understand what is an extramarital affair?

It sure is not only having physical contact with one another but is beyond that. It begins at the level of friendship, where one chooses another person purely on the basis of likeness.

Where the levels of understanding are high and where the element of acceptance is highest.

Why do you think one person drifts away from one's partner?

Today’s interesting question is 

Are poor people as happy and successful as others without an inferiority complex?

This was a question from one of the psychological trivias, we play as a family. When my turn came to answer I started to explain: In this question there are three aspects of the state of mind, happiness, success, and self esteem. Success /happiness and self esteem are three different states.  According to the worldly definition Success is accomplishments, it is the hard earned achievements of life. When your hard work pays back you are said to be successful.  All that success brings happiness and one feels on the 9th cloud. 

I am not sure about the auditory skills because ghosts have no body but they can receive our thoughts and that is Definitely yes!! 

As I have always said, thoughts are energy and energy has vibrations, which can reach living or dead people all the time. Spirituality tells us that a soul is most vulnerable when it leaves the body. The soul is very confused and is also unhappy for leaving its loved ones...

Today’s interesting question is  What's a Ghost? Do such things really exist?

This fact is not well known to me. I  have not encountered any such existence so do not know their whereabouts.

The only way I have known about them is through horror movies which truly are works of fiction and the agenda is to spread fear to make money out of them.

If we think about it- movies only show horrible faces, eerie noises, chilling scenes and loud screams to make the audience wrap themselves in fear,

reacting with broadening their eyes,or shutting them out of fear,  racing their heartbeat, breaking sweat without a workout and screaming. All of these reactions are out of the fear of the unknown.  

Through Spirituality I came to know that souls which leave the body untimely, like in an accident, in unseen murders, in suicides, or any pandemics, where the new body is still not made for those souls they go into the realm of Ghost world.
