Today’s interesting question is -Is there any place in reality called Heaven?

Many profound religions believe in the concept of ‘Heaven or Hell’. Human souls go to such places after they leave the body and angels and satan decide according to the karma of those souls where to place them. Do they enter the gates of heaven or do they get kicked into hell. To get a deep understanding of this concept I read several scripts which often said how Heaven is paradise, only people who do good in their lives deserve to be in Heaven. Heaven is a place of contentment, peace, utmost happiness. Heaven is coined as a place where only Deities reside. Similarly, how hell is a purgatory place and people who are sinners forgo their sufferings before entering Heaven. None of the scripts helped me understand if there is a physical existence of any hell or heaven.

Today’s interesting question is - What happens to the soul after it leaves the body?

This is one question which always bothered me till I got the knowledge of Rajyog Spirituality. As a child I had often heard that after death the person becomes a star and shines up in the night sky.

Then I would ask what about day time, and no answer was ever given to me for my counter question. I remember sitting alone for a long time and wondering what happens to the person after death?

I had heard a few myths also that there is a place where the deceased goes and answers a light then he or she is thrown to a purgatory place called hell or sweet angels come and take the deceased to heaven, a place where there is beauty and bliss everywhere.

Today’s interesting question is What is Fear  

Fear is  defined as an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, That this unknown is likely to cause pain, or a threat.

Fear is a feeling induced by perceived danger or threat that occurs in certain types of organisms, which causes a change in metabolic and organ functions and ultimately a change in behavior, such as fleeing, hiding, or freezing from perceived traumatic events.

Synonyms of fear are: terror, fright, fearfulness, horror, alarm, panic, agitation, trepidation, dread, consternation, dismay, distress.

Today’s interesting question is ; Where does the human soul reside …

The word human being is made up of two words human and being .‘Humus’ the word is derived from Greek meaning dirt/ soil.

‘Being’ is said to be the soul or the energy in its  purest form. Being is that ignition on which runs the body.

When the ‘Being’ departs, the ‘Humus’ is laid to the ground /dirt or burned to  ashes which again mixes with the soil.  Hence the phrase dirt to dirt is applicable. 

Whereas the ‘Being’ continues its journey, changing one costume to the  other in this case changing one body to the  other. 

The soul's ultimate qualities remain fixed no matter how many bodies it goes in and out of.This eternal light has immeasurable power, strength, capacity, ability to create a  unique Human being

Simple Exercise to bring ' Inner peace' 

One question I am asked constantly is how to bring inner peace in life? I often answer by seeing the curiosity of the person because some are not serious about what they are asking . If I say spirituality is one aspect of understanding to bring in inner peace then the next obvious question is what is spirituality?

Many of us connect this one word ‘spirituality’ with religion and start to practice one or more religious practices. The results we get are not satisfying and soon we leave the religious practice.

Someone asked me once - now that you are on this path of spirituality. You must have developed a new outlook towards life. It does reflect in your behavior. Tell me, what are your thoughts on giving up and what would make you most happy giving up ?

I answered with a smile, thanks for recognizing changes in me. You asked a great question. 

I often ask myself the same question many times and each time I get the same answer.  Yes For the past decade I have changed my thought process. Adopted simplicity, and have enjoyed it ever since. So I would say ‘ giving up’ DESIRES. I chose desire because I see desires have no end. Whether it is related to love, name, fame, food, clothings, vacations, cars, houses, or any other attainable objects- desire keeps growing…

Today is the turn for a topic which teaches to- LOVE YOURSELF FIRST !

What is to love yourself first?  Love yourself is simply seeing your own worth. Do you accept yourself the way you are or not? The first step toward self-love is to ask yourself: What is the good within me? We tend to dwell on what we do not like about ourselves rather than notice the many good qualities that we exhibit in our lives every day.

Whereas, I think one can only love others when one knows how to love oneself… that said, let us evaluate self love.

To discontinue the feeling of selfishness , start small and gradually convince yourself that  you are deserving of love.

Today I will talk about Handling Stress…

Stress is one commonly used word in today's ages. Right from young children to elderly people use this word very casually. As if it is a matter of pride to be under stress. It has become a common  belief today that if you are stressed  then you are actually normal because then you can concentrate on your task and enhance your performance. 

Stress can be defined as a state of worry or mental tension caused by a difficult situation. Stress is a natural human response that prompts us to address challenges and threats in our lives. Everyone experiences stress to some degree. The way we respond to stress, however, makes a big difference to our overall well-being.

Today I am talking about -What are habits? How do habits develop a personality?

Many of you may say even a child knows what habits are. Habits are  repeated actions we do on a daily basis. Some of them are autonomous features which we hardly notice. So what?

Now take a look at the definition of what is personality development? 

Personality development is the development of the organized pattern of behaviors and attitudes that makes a person distinctive. Personality development occurs by the ongoing interaction of temperament, character, and environment.( encyclopedia of children's health )

Do you see any similarities? Yes! Our personality is developed by repeated patterns of our behaviors.

In my new series  you are hearing answers to deep questions asked by our minds but often suppressed by our own intellect.

In this fifth season you will hear some simple but honest answers which are hidden under a few layers of our consciousness. For instance, what is freedom? What is controversy and how it starts?
