In this week's episode Lou and Sally-Anne get a glimpse into what life might be like if it had no hint of regret or hangovers, curtesy of very special guest and non-drinker, Daliso Chaponda!
Although Daliso doesn't indulge in the devil's juice himself, he has a very good insight into what debauchery is like, partly thanks to being a comedian and so, having to hang-out in places of ill repute for work and has witnessed many a bad decision being made in a hot tub ... haven't we all... CHEERS!

They're BACK, after a teeny, tiny break, Lou and Sally are ready and more than willing to crack-open a bottle and prize out some embarrassing, drunk stories from celebrities for your listening pleasure, and today they get some absolute corkers from the very glamorous glossy magazine editor and podcast host, Jo Elvin!
Jo revisits the hedonistic days of working on the fashion mags, which celebrities she got drunk and disorderly with, as well as one occasion which is the top gear of debauchery.
We also find out what drinks the teenagers of Australia train themselves on AND a lesson in the world of K Pop!

Hello and welcome to 2023 you lovely lot! Now, don't worry Lou and Sally-Anne haven't gone tea-total, but they will be taking a short break, not for the sake of their livers, as they will be plying their trade down under for a little while and need some a few weeks to work out the time difference.
Don't fret, the gang are already working on the next batch of shows to bring to you, starting from January 27th .... so you can sort of do Dry January in the meantime.
See you in a couple of weeks! XXX

It's the SOS Christmas do and you're ALL invited!
Yes, Sally-Anne and Lou are full of the festive joys and so, enticed producer Amanda in front of the mic to get into the party spirit... something she's sure she'll live to regret, after being forced to drink coffee infused with vodka and share stories of youthful exuberance accompanied by booze.
The team also take a walk down memory lane of the back catalogue of guests who have graced the show and we find out if Amanda picks Lou or Sally on the quickfire quiz.
HAPPY CHRISTMAS AND CHEERS! X

Two-thirds of this edition of SOS comes to you from the Emerald Isle, as Sally is currently stranded in Dublin with only one pair of knickers to her name, after having her luggage lost en route. Perhaps if she'd have been a bit more friendly to this week's guest, who happens to LIVE in that fair city, then he might have been able to help her out (not with the knickers though).
You might expect the Guinness to be flowing in this episode, but NO, writer and comedian Johnny Candon has opted for some (semi) posh vino collapso to accompany his cacophony of drunk stories.
Pour yourself whatever you like and get involved with the tomfoolery- you're very welcome!

This week, the SOS bar has a more refined air, which of course has NOTHING to do with hosts Lou and Sally-Anne, but EVERYTHING to do with this week's guest, who happens to be actor and prolific publican, Rupert Hill!
Fans of Coronation Street might remember him for his star-turn as Jamie Baldwin and as you'll hear from his stories of that time, much debauchery was had on those cobbles -well, after work really, but I'm sure a few hangovers were nursed in Roy's Rolls.
In fact, Rupert had SO much fun, that these days his tipple of choice is a lovely cup of tea, which is what everyone is sipping to hear our guest talk about the time a household name found a rather unusual method of getting home after a night on the razzle and when Rupert behaved in a rather unorthodox manner at Euston Station .... ENJOY!!

'Hello, would you like a drink?'
'Yes, AND a gin and soda water please.'
' Don't you mean a gin and tonic? '
'Yes AND no, I mean a gin and soda water please.'
'Well, if you're sure, that's a very strange way you're speaking though...'
'Yes AND, I know, it's because Lou and Sally-Anne have just had a lesson in the art of improv with non-other than Ruth Bratt!'
'Oh, you mean the amazing actress who is not only a master improviser, but also star of hit comedy show 'People Just Do Nothing?'
'Yes AND .... oh, you get the idea....just have a listen'

Lou and Sally are back together again in the SOS bar, although it's a rather more sober affair than usual this week, as our hosts are trying out various varieties of chocolate milk, as chosen by this week's guest, the wondrous and very funny comedian, Bobby Mair!
Once you hear some of Bobby's wilder stories, you'll understand why he prefers to stick to a chocolate milk on an evening out these days, and why that is probably no bad thing.
As we often hear on this show, sometimes you really CAN have too much of a good thing, although there's no denying, it can be fun whilst it lasts, so have a chocco milk on us and live vicariously through us.

Lou and Sally-Anne are here again, propping-up the SOS bar and inviting you to join them for a good old sesh and chinwag. And supplying the bants today is the brilliant comedian Geoff Norcott, who relives his heady holidays in Ibiza where he fights a losing battle to maintain law and order.
The gang get a bit political too, which is always a good idea after a Peroni or two! Crack one open and join in the fun....
