Trump’s Department of Justice indicted the Southern Poverty Law Center for allegedly funneling over $3 million to violent extremist groups from 2014 to 2023. Funds raised to "dismantle" hate groups were instead paid to leaders in the National Alliance ($1M), Aryan Nations ($300K), and ex-KKK members ($73K). The SPLC had a field source in the online chat planning the 2017 Unite the Right rally. Donations came from liberals believing the money fought extremism. The indictment accuses the SPLC of directly supporting the groups it publicly condemned. What’s your take on this SPLC bombshell — real justice or political hit job? Drop a comment!
