Lee and his wife owned a backpackers hostel and boutique hotel in downtown Seattle for 14 years. Unfortunately, due to the COVID tragedy, they became victims of the pandemic and adversely affected their business. Throughout those years, Lee had always been passionate about making pizza and often made it for their traveling guests. He had always dreamed of turning his love for pizza into his retirement plan, but when COVID struck and destroyed their business, he decided to accelerate his timeline. Lee embraced the opportunity and decided to focus on making pizzas, turning it into a new venture amidst the challenging times.
